Kernel crash and blank touchbar

Can anyone help me troubleshoot.


I have the below error and the macbook shuts down within a minute or two of being turned on. The touchbar is black.


It's fully updated and I had the same error in safe mode.

Hi,

Try to check your MacBook Pro hardware with Apple Diagnostics if it reports hardware related error.

If it doesn't help, try to reinstall macOS with Recovery Mode and see if it still kernel panic appears.
