How to get an appointment at a apple store?

Start here:

Click the Apple Store box and enter your location or the location of the store you wish to visit. When you find the store site, click "See available services:

Under "Shopping" is a link, "Reserve a shopping session." Under "Support" is a link for Genius Bar appointments..

HOWEVER...Apple uses a triage system to determine which support path is best for a particular issue. That may lead you elsewhere.

⚠️ Please understand that, since COVID, most Apple store have been swamped with people needing appointments. Available sessions may be weeks out depending on the store location and time of year.

Thanks Jack! I had that in my response, then edited it out accidentally. When I went back to get the link to restore it, all pages link to Apple support were locked up for about 30 minutes. I appreciate your filling in the blank.
