2 Internal disks showing in Disk Utility when trying to reset a Mac for trade-in?

When trying to reset a 2017 Mac to get it ready for trade in, I am on the stage where I need to erase the disk to install a new os onto it. The instructions tell me to reset the disk but my disk utility is showing 2 disks:

APPLE HDD MEDIA

APPLE HDD MEDIA - DATA

What should I do with the disks? Which one do I erase and whatnot?

Thanks for all replies.

Follow these instructions: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Mac - Apple Support.

Step 7 instructs you to erase your Mac and reinstall macOS. It explains what you need to select.

You do not need to reinstall macOS as explained in Step 10. Just shut down the Mac.
