Dropped my Mac and it is a few weeks old. I cannot sign on to my MAC. will this be covered by the warranty?

Warranty covers manufacturing defects.

If you purchased AppleCare, that has some coverage for accidental damage. See: AppleCare Products - Mac - Apple
