And still no information. I contacted support twice and neither provided any useful information either. There's also nowhere to complain about this issue. I am a student in Computer Science and I am very frustrated without a laptop these weeks.

It is a matter of Supply & Demand. Don't forget about where these are all manufactured, and what is going around: COVID.
We are users like you. All we can suggest is to contact Apple. We jave no access to your repair status.
Maybe use the computer lab.
