Feasible to connect Mac Mini M1 to iMac 21.5" (Late 2015) as monitor?

I have iMac 21.5" (late 2015) and considering to replace it with latest M1 devices (iMac or MacBook Air or Mac Mini). Wondering if it's technically feasible to connect Mac Mini M1 to iMac 21.5" as monitor via thunderbolt port or with adapter/connector. Anyone have any idea? Thanks in advance.

P.S. I did try to search article here but target display mode seems useful to old iMac models 2014 or earlier only.

Target display mode ended with a mid-2014 21.5-in iMac. You will need to purchase a real computer monitor for the M1 mini, which is what I and most others have done. In my case, it was an LG 32-inch 4K HDR screen supported by the mini's 4K@60Hz HDMI.
