I only use the phone to stream music. It keeps asking me for my Apple ID and password. Even though I remember it, the network doesn’t exist anymore. How do I delete the account so the annoying request doesn’t keep popping up?

I got my old company iPhone when I retired.
Looks like the iPhone is registered with your company email address.

Ask the company to unlink the iPhone from the company, so you can register the iPhone with your own Apple ID.
Then you can connect the iPhone to your Home network.
