Hi, please I bought an iPhone 11 Pro from eBay and I realized it's iCloud locked but it's not reported missing or stolen, please is there a way I can get in contact with the previous owner for him to unlock it for me?
Or what other options do I have

Contact the person you bought it from Ebay.
