Please advise how I can unfreeze a magic mouse 2 which is stuck in the top left hand corner of my screen. Battery is charged (light is green); battery is 14 months old. The problem started after a restart. I was able to log on, but then the cursor went to the top left hand corner and stayed there. (this message posted on behalf of another Mac user who cannot do anything without a mouse).

You can try to plug in another (preferrably wired) mouse and go to bluetoothj and disconnect the magic mouse and then reconnect
