I just got a new MacBook Air but the password doesn’t seem to work. So I am totally blocked and cannot access my MacBook. Plus, there are no help button or forget my password to unblock me.

help me please !

Hi elodie180,

If you entered an incorrect login password 10 times, your Mac locks you out of your user account, to ensure that someone can't brute force your password.
