How do I know if I have a managed ID and if so can someone exploit it because I’m an adult

Yes I’m the original owner of my phone. I’ve had some problems with my ex monitoring me and data breaches. None of us have privacy anymore. When I go to vpn it says disconnected and under that it says to sign into school or work account. Also it says education services under system data. I’m 37 and wondering what education I’m getting. Thank you for your reply. My phone keeps saying I’m a developer and or in beta. I never signed up for any of that. I am not up to date on the latest tech but those are things I’ve noticed.
