New Iphone 13
I transferred all data from my old phone to the new 13. Everything seems fine EXCEPT I can’t make any phone calls or receive texts!
my husband also did the same with his phone and he’s having exact same issues.
please help!

unless the phone came to you ready to power up and transfer your cell service (like the iPhone upgrade program), you'll still need to transfer your cell service. This link may help
