So I have a malware on my Mac help?

I have malware on my chrome and safari it tracks my every move. it radmomly sends me to a random website and says this piece of html code {"success":true,"msg":"Invalid Click URL"} it also brings me to a fake apple support.

it also redirects me to bing when ever I search something. when I use chrome it brings me to any search new tab. please help this is my main pc and I can't work like this. Thanks, Ethan
