I guess I accidentally deleted my playlist, but my playlist with over 4 days of music was deleted. How can I get it back? Just to be clear it was on apple music.

Any music purchased at the iTunes Store can be downloaded again. Redownload music – Apple Support (AU)
That means if I bought an album and deleted by mistake, there is no way to recover it.
Can I ask a refund and buy it again?
