Need more iCloud storage!

Unfortunately, right now this is not upgradable. But what we can do it raise feedbacks to Apple. I had similar query few months ago and I reached out to support and in my 30 min of call, I got to know final plan is upto 2TB at the moment but they have raised this feedback.

I hope this is helpful to you. Alternative solution is to have another apple ID subscribed for 2TB plan, which I did. Now I have 3 2TB plans for the purpose.

Not without being subscribed to both Apple One and a standalone plan, or using multiple Apple IDs.

Not if you need more than 2TB of space. You'd be able to use one of the plans, but not both.
