How do I look up history of my heart rate?
I wear Apple Watch and have apple phone. Does my heart rate history remain stored for a period of time on the app? How long? How do I find that.

Open the Health app on your iPhone, tap Show All Health Data, tap Heart Rate, at the top select (H)our, (D)ay, (W)eek, (M)onth, (6M)onth, or (Y)ear.
You can also select Show More Heart Rate Data.
