International warranty on iphone 13

My brother gifting me iphone 13 purcahsed at US, am resident of India, so will warranty cover in India if something happens to phone?

No, the warranty is only valid in the country where the phone was sold. If you need warranty coverage, the phone will need to be returned to the US.
