I just purchased Apple care for my newly purchased EarPods pro but didn’t get confirmation.

There are no such things as EarPods pro.

This is a user to user support forum.

We can't help you with any purchase of AppleCare plus for Airpods Pro, if that's what you mean.

You will have to wait for an email confirmation (check your spam email) or contact Apple Support.
