Safari no longer responds to the website on M1

In the Intel series of MacBook, my website runs flawlessly. However, it does not work as smoothly on the M1. If anyone check from team and give me guideline.

1. Force Quit Safari, launch Safari holding the Shift key down.

2. Startup in Safe Mode.
Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support.
