Divinity 2 Original Sin Refund issue

A year ago, I bought Divinity 2 for mi iPad. It was 27,99 €. I was charged 55,98 (twice the normal price). I asked to be refund 27,99 € (half of what I paid) and keep the app. I thought it worked, but when I try to update my app in the App Store, it says that my app has been refund and that I can't update it. So I paid 27,99 € for nothing ?

I noticed this just now because the game just got a huge update. I'm scared to remove the game from my iPad, and not being able to download it again. What do I do ?
