Someone stealing your iPhone and person information can be very serious! Do you have Find my iPhone enabled and location services enabled before your iPhone got stolen, if so. Read this article: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support.
If Find my iPhone isn't enabled, then read this article: If Find My iPhone or Find My iPad isn't enabled on your missing device - Apple Support.
