iPhone 11 Pro max keeps freezing and restarting. It won't Stop

Hi,

• One possible reason is that your storage is almost full, make sure you have at least 2gb of available space in Settings > General > About. You can manage storage by opening Settings > General > iPhone Storage: How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
• Force restart your iPhone: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
• If the above steps don’t work, contact Apple Support by chat or phone and ask them to run diagnostics to see if there is a hardware problem with your iPhone: Apple Support

To clear space on your iPhone:

• Open Settings
• Tap “General”
• Tap “iPhone Storage”
• Take a look at some of the recommendations at the top of the section and make any changes as necessary
• Scroll down and select the desired app, you will be presented with two options:

1. “Offload” the app (This option keep’s your data/ progress from the app but will delete the actual app itself. You can always reinstall the app later and all your data/ progress will still be there)
2. “Delete” the app (This will delete the app as well as all your data/ progress in that app)

my phone keeps restarting and having the loading screen everyday, i have restarted it multiple times and it doesn't work, i have tried to clear storage but i can't when its off and it gets really hot whilst doing so
