My microphone is not working
if it was me then I would first try
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
if did not have any effect then I would try
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
if that did not help
then I would assume it would be in need of repair
i don’t know what is wrong with my microphone
