So you have a folder containing one or more .pdf files.
When you open that folder, using Numbers, the file names are greyed, and you are unable to open those files into Numbers.
But when you launch the Preview Application, go to File>Open in Preview, and open the same folder, the file names of the same .pdf files are visible in black type, and can be selected and opened in Preview.
This is normal behaviour.
A .pdf file is essentially an image file. Like other image files (.jpg, .tiff, etc.), a .pdf image can be inserted or pasted into an existing Numbers document, but cannot be directly opened as a Numbers Document.
To place a .pdf image in a Numbers document, you can:
If your selected location is a cell on a table in Numbers, the image will be pasted as 'image fill' of the selected cell, and will be resized to fit that cell. Making the cell larger will also enlarge the image. Making the cell smaller with also make the image smaller.
If the selected location is on the Sheet, but not in a Table, the image will be placed as an object on the canvas, and may be moved and resized using the mouse (or track pad.
Note that the image, if it an image of a table, will not be 'active'. It is an image, not a table.

Barry

I can see all files inside the folder but none of then it is accessible. So, I'm not able to take any actions.
By the way, I found one icon called Preview wen I open it, every thin is there accessible.
Am I missing something ? how can I fix that ?
How do you want to share it? Email? Text? You would just share a pdf the way you would share any other file. Drag-and-drop from Finder into an email usually does the job well.
Preview is an app on the Mac that allows you to view pdfs (and many other kinds of files). It doesn't seem to have a share menu. So I would just drag-and-drop a pdf from Finder.

What actions did you take when attempting to share the PDF file?
What error messages did you receive regarding these attempts?

Barry
