M1 macbook air battery life

I bought my m1 macbook air in January 2022. The battery cycle count is 78 but the maximum capacity shows 97%. Is this normal or I should be worried?

It's not abnormal. The maximum charge capacity of a new battery is 100%. It does not increase from there, nor does it decrease at a linear rate.
