Hello!

Make sure that you are using the correct language input, which may differ from your default

If your password contains letters or symbols, make sure that you are using the same input source to the one you used when you set your password. If you recently changed your password, try switching languages on your keyboard to see if the issue persists, as different language inputs may have different character placements.

Safe Mode // Other Users

  • Try restarting in Safe Mode and logging in to see if the issue persists.
  • If you have any other users that have an account on your device, have them try to log in, to see if they are Locked out of their account as well.
