Device always asking for the password another Apple ID

The device repeatedly asks for the password of another Apple ID which I have no access to, telling me to enter the password in settings. Although this problem does not impact my daily use, that pop-up window is still kind-of annoying. Is there any way to solve this while preserving my data?

(The pop-up window says "Apple ID verification required").

Without more details, I'd guess that there is an app that was purchased under a different account that needs to be updated. Next time you get that alert, go to the App Store and see what needs updating. Once you figure out which app it is, delete it and re-download/purchase it under your current account.
