iPhone 12 Pro cannot touch screen

Why I try to force restart my iPhone 12 Pro there is no respond at all? Cannot even touch screen. Using lots of methods also no use as when I try touching the screen no respond seems hang

When pressing the volume up button the screen is appeared but when I touched no respond at all or I tried force restart I totally cannot slide to the right because the touch screen is not working. I removed the tempted glass also no use.

Do you know which app you were using when the screen froze ?

Try this Apple Support article:

OR

Maybe you saw a "phone is disabled" message before the phone became unavailable ?
