Fall detection

Apple Watch Series 5 don't have fall detection, i cant turn it on on SOS, and i dont have any thing to turn it on. I had it earlier and i dont have it i have turn on wrist detection. Please help me.

Turn fall detection on or off

Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, then tap the My Watch tab.
Tap Emergency SOS.
Turn Fall Detection on or off. If Fall Detection is turned on, you can select Always on or Only on during workouts.
