why won’t my phone update

You need about 7 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Go to: Settings -> General -> Software Update.

That specific problem is because you don’t have a cellular network connection to activate the phone after updating.
