Apps are not loading in my iPhone 13 Pro Max

So I updated to the iso 15.5 update on my Iphone 13 Pro Max, today June 01,2022. Now all my apps will not load and say that I am not connected to internet when my cellular data is on and when connected to wifi. I don't know if it is just me or is happening to everyone who was able to update their phones. I've connected my carrier and it's nothing on their end only thing I've done is update my phone.

Try first to optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:

Try to optimize the Wi-Fi connection, see the following Apple articles:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support

 

Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

If you need help with your Wi‑Fi password

If you need help with your Wi‑Fi password - Apple Support


If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
