Apple Iphone 13 burns hands

I recently upgraded to iphone 13. I feel the new phone burns the flesh under the skin. It is uncomfortable. I took the phone back and exchanged it thinking there could be issue with the phone. The new phone is giving the same problem. Has anyone experienced something similar.
