Hey. I have a pair of AirPods Pro that I can’t play with spatial sound when using my iPhone 13 Pro. Both are very new and support it. When using the AirPods om my iPhone XS Max, the spatial sound works. Why is that?

Spatial audio is a great feature of your iPhone and AirPods Pro. To confirm, is your iPhone running iOS 15.1 or later? If not, you'll want to update iOS as a step to resolving this issue. You can find the steps for updating in the following article.

On your iPhone 13 let’s check a setting. In Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual is Mono Audio enabled? If so, please turn it off and test enabling Spatial Audio again.
