Finder frozen and Force Quit doesnt resolve problem

MacBook Finder is frozen and Force Quit and Relaunch won't resolve issue. Rebooting doesn't work either.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.4

We would like to see how we can help you with Finder being unresponsive on your Mac. Simply using safe mode may resolve this issue. Here are the steps we’ll need to take to do so: How to use safe mode on your Mac


After the device boots into safe mode, try to reproduce the problem. If safe mode does not work, or the restart after a successful boot into safe mode does not work, please contact us back with the results so we can troubleshoot further.
