How to transfer Duolingo/Drops accounts link to the new Apple ID

My mom's Apple ID was hacked. It is mandatory that she makes a new ID whether the current devices can be refreshed or not.

She is seriously using language learning apps such as Duolingo and Drops with many-day streaks. So I want to know how to relink the old hacked ID to the new ID. I hope someone helps me or gives me some hints to do it.

  1. Sign in to your Apple ID account page. If you can't sign in or you receive a message that the account is locked when you try to sign in, try to reset or unlock your account.
  2. Change your Apple ID password and choose a strong password.
