Safari reading list search bar

When using iPad Safari reading list no search bar appears. I try pulling it down but it will not appear. I am using the most recent edition of iPad iOS 15.5.

It's missing. It could be a bug as it's both possible on a Mac and iPhone. You can send feedback to Apple: Feedback - iPad - Apple
