Says I have available I cloud storage but when I back up says no storage?

Says I have I cloud storage. When I try to backup it says buy more storage?

Go to Settings->Account (top of settings)->iCloud->Manage Storage->Backups->Your device name.


You can see there how much space the backup is going to take up. If it's more than what you have available, then it won't be able to backup.

You can manage what gets backed up from that screen too to reduce the backup size by turning off things you don't need to be backed up.
