Hello, I use to be able to see all of my old photos on my icloud from all of my previous old devices, and now it's only showing photos that are currently on my current phone. Where did all of the old photos go? I've never changed my apple ID, and I used to see all my old photos before this change to iCloud.

Any photos in iCloud are also on your device. You would see previous device photos so long as you retained iCloud; and those photos would also sync to any new device automatically.

This has never been the case for me
What has not been the case? If you sync with iCloud your pictures are kept in sync between your devices and the cloud.
