Can't download Weather app.

I read the answer to re-installing the Weather app. My problem is when I go to it in the App Store, my only option is to Open. I don't get a download icon. How can I fix this?

If you only get the Open option, that means the app is already on your phone. Use search Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

or Go to the App Library (swipe left past your last home screen). From there you can touch and hold an app and slide it left back to the home screen.
