my iphone11 proximity sensor is not working. When I’m on call the screen don’t turn off.

Take your case off and try a call to see if it works. If it does the case is interfering with your sensor. The same can happen if you use a screen protector that doesn't have the notch cutout. If it still is not working after this then click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page.
