Upgrading from macOS high sierra 10.13.6

Hello, I a new to MacOS and I am currently using a MacBook pro with macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 and I will like upgrade to a higher version that can run office 365 but I don't seem to be getting any updates from the app software/updates. Please advice. thx

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, click here, and depending on which MacBook Pro model you have, then on the download link for Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey; it needs to be at least a 2012 one to run any of these. If you get a Mac App Store preview page, change the https at the beginning of its address to macappstore.


Catalina and newer won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 as well as using the first link above.
