I’ve got an Apple Watch series 3 but I need to add cellular to it? How do I do that?

if it's a bought as gps only then it lacks the hardware for cellular communication

if it's a cellular apple watch that had just not added a carrier to the esim then read

If it's a GPS only watch then you cannot add a cellular plan anytime.
