Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.

iPad won't work. Take the phone into an Apple Store if you don't have a friend with a computer or Mac.

I am using my iPad to try to disable screen lock phone disabled i changed the screen code and forgot it
