Preview - Changing arrow color only changes the box at the end of the arrow

Changing arrow color only changes the box at the end of the arrow. If I try to change the color of an arrow it only changes the end box but leaves the arrow black.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.12

Well...


in The Preview what I see— that is your fill color. Not what you want .




I have the fill color set to transparent;



Shift Command A this reveals the tool bar that you want
