i am not receiving any notifications I already restarted my iPhone XR and I have my notifications on. I did everything that I’d think would work and I am still not receiving any notifications.

Have you enabled Scheduled Summary?
Settings > Notifications > [Select the App that you are having trouble receiving immediate notifications]
