How can you tell if somebody has hacked into your iPhone?

How can you tell if somebody has hacked into your phone or there’s a back door app? My phone is doing things by itself that it shouldn’t be

First Change your apple ID password

Maybe someone is signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID from a different device

Or maybe it's the Switch Control check it.

Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.
