I created family sharing. I also created the Child account. After a year I deleted my apple iD as I wasn’t using any apple device. But a problem occured - my brother’s apple iD no longer exist. The phone wants jim to log in a write a password, but when he does it writes that the account doesn’t exist. He can’t log out. I don’t know what to do. I can’t afford a new phone. And I feel nad for ruining his phone. Tahání you for any advices.

That's pretty strange. As far as I know, you can not really delete another's Apple Id merely through a deletion of yours.
Does your brother remember the email address he used to set his Apple Id up?
