I just received a new ipad with no sim card how do I transfer my data etc…
Just received a new ipad via fedex it came without a sim card so I am unable to transer from my old ipad

And the sim card doesn't carry any data other than access to a cellular provider. Thus, the sim card would not help in transferring your data from your old iPad to your new iPad.
