How to download Safari on my MacBook?

Safari is already included in macOS. If you are unable to find it on your Mac, you can use Spotlight to find it: Search with Spotlight on Mac - Apple Support.

Since Safari is installed as part of the Mac's operating system, it cannot be deleted. You will find a Safari icon in the Applications folder. Drag it down to the Dock and an alias will be created there for you to use.
