Using Pages for Mac, you could:

Save the document, then

Save a copy of the document.


Or you could:

Save the document.

In Finder, locate and select the file (single click).

In the File menu, xhoose Duplicate.


DFinder will create a duplicate of the document and make a small change to the file name to enable it to be saved in the same location as the original.
